The hero of the system. Strong hold while you wear it, clean lift when it is time to remove. Cut to the standard 4cm by 0.8cm weft base, so they re-tab any major brand's hair.
Tabs are the consumable. Every 6–8 weeks they should be replaced. This is the refill that keeps the hold and the release honest.

To put them in, no. To take them out cleanly, yes, tabs on their own won't release a bond. If you don't already have a solvent on the shelf, buy a kit rather than tabs alone.
Wait 24 hours after application. The bond reaches full strength in that window, and washing inside it's the most common reason a tab slips early.
