Unopened product

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping).

Opened tape, tabs and remover

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened tape, tabs, or remover cannot be returned.

This is the honest limit of the policy rather than a formality: an opened solvent cannot go back on the shelf. It is also why our guarantee is written as support rather than as a refund promise we would have to walk back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
